A: Sure! That's no problem at all! Our designers love to help out with decisions like that!! In the pulldown menu there is a "Let Shout-Outs choose", just select that option and in the comments box let us know your two favorites!!

Q: Will you save my Drawing for future orders?

A: Of course! We are very proud of our work and hope you are as well. All our clients Illustrations are archived (stored) for future reordering!

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Because each order is unique, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. We do not start the project until payment & photo is received. We do offer RUSH deliveries for an additional fee. (Please phone us at 323-464-6800 for RUSH orders)

Q: I'd like to give my daughter her own stationery and thought it would be nice to give her grandmother's their own as well, using my daughter's illustration–Is that possible?

A: Absolutely! As a matter a fact, most of our orders are done for more than one person! Grandparents, Father's Day Gifts & Best Friends!

Q: My child's class would like to give their Teacher a set of stationery for the Holidays... How do we do this without letting her in on our secret?!

A: If you can sneak and take a really cute picture of your Teacher... do that..! Maybe ask the Principal to see if they have photos or would be willing to take one for you. If not, you can always get her a Shout-Outs® Gift Certificate so she can send in her own photo.

Q: We'd like to order some Custom Mugs for everyone in our office (such a cool way to keep track of who's cup is who's!)... Would it be possible to have our Company logo on there with our Drawing?

A: Ha! Yes.. that's actually a really good idea! Now you can see who's not cleaning up after themselves!

Q: Can you create some Stationery for me of my favorite Celebrity if I send you a picture?

A: Unfortunately we cannot do that at this time... But we are working a TOP SECRET project with some of today's Hottest Celebs. that you'll soon be hearing a lot about!!

Q: My husband and I have 5 children... do you offer discounts for large orders?

A: We are always willing to work with our customer's and their needs. Please email us to discuss your particular situation.

Q: I see some kids custom stationery on your site as samples... I want to make sure my childs identity will be safe and not used online... will I be protected?

A: All the people that are shown as samples on the site and in our marketing materials have given their written permission to be shown. Their names have also been changed for their protection. We will NOT use your artwork unless a signed release is given from the child's parents.
