You will be asked to eMail your photo for your order. If this is a gift for a friends child/pet, just ask them for a recent photo (don't tell them what it's for!) and they'll be so surprised!!
ABOUT YOUR IMAGE: In order for us to illustrate your child/pet your photo will need to be sharp and clear. Their head should be at least 2 inches tall, preferably larger and with lots of detail. Front or slightly turned views are the best, with your child/pet making eye contact. If you'd like, you may send a few for us to choose from. If you have any questions, please call or email us.

SCANNING: Your photo should be approximately 150 dpi. and cropped to remove extra space. We accept uploads up to 3mb.
